PRide of Scotland

Posted on

Public relations agencies, in-house teams, individual practitioners and an infamous primary school student were honoured at this year’s CIPR Scotland PRide Awards.

Over 340 guests turned up to the black tie gala event at the Edinburgh Corn Exchange last night to celebrate the very best of Scottish PR. Presented by Catriona Shearer (for the second year running) the awards covered everything from social media, internal publications and campaigns.

Among the winners was Martha Payne, a nine-year old primary school student who caused a storm earlier this year when she posted pictures of school lunches on her NeverSeconds blog. Martha took home one of the biggest accolades of the night, walking away with the title of Scotland’s Inspiring Communicator of the Year.
